Meantime, behind the scenes a dedicated group of volunteers from the members had been slaving away to produce a buffet for the several hundred people who were present. It was a lovely spread - and went down a treat! Thanks also must go to lots of other people who worked behind the scenes to help make it an event to remeber. We were also pleased to have with us many members of James and Ruth's former congregation down in Berkhamsted. |
